Ngumbaay have a proud 10 year history of working with Employers and Aboriginal people and have supported thousands of Indigenous peoples to build experience and reach their employment goals. We create and build partnerships with Employers to ensure we understand their individual needs so we can deliver quality outcomes. We create and build partnerships with community to identify workforces, to build capacity and achieve sustainable employment. No job is too big or too small and our services are supported by a team of highly experienced staff in multiple locations. Ngumbaay provide tailored personal support that includes a hands-on approach and regular face to face contact with the employer and job seeker, it’s our genuine care that sets us apart.
Registered in 2010 as an initiative of Indigenous people working in the employment and training industry, Ngumbaay works cooperatively with employers and service providers to build capacity of unemployed Aboriginal people through the provision of training, work experience and employment throughout regional New South Wales. Our aim is to empower Aboriginal people to secure meaningful and sustainable employment creating financial independence and self determination.
